New Hampshire is full of people who recently fled Massachusetts, for reasons that are unlikely to be favorable to Romney.

While McCain and Giuliani currently lead, all three of them have (distinct) horrendous flaws for someone who wants to be the candidate of the Republican Right party.  Except that the primaries are all piling on top of one another, there is significant room and time for a conservative Republican to make a good showing.

Also, if the early primaries do not settle things, the Republicans may not learn their candidate for a while, and their convention is very late in the season.
