  •  "Breaking": I just talked to Public Campaign (0+ / 0-)

When you donate it's easy to sign up to opt out of getting on mailing list.

Two ways to donate: one is tax deductible.

On their website use search function for your Representatives name to see if already a sponsor.

Sen. Clinton WAS early sponsor, but no longer--probably because of her presidential campaign.

Public Campaign is part of a coalition with Common Cause (featured on Daily Kos yesterday...I donated to both groups)

Big antagonist to clean money elections is Cato Institute--they are totally devoted to money equals free speech notion. Therefore, I suggest that the able bodied (not me) monitor Cato's activities and push back. [I was going to say, to bulldog them, but I'm non-violent]

To throw (a calf or steer) by seizing its horns and twisting its neck until the animal falls.

P.S. Markos seems ambivalent on the issue so far?
