    too, is largely unenforceable. The Congress doesn't really have a police force to go and arrest anyone. I suppose they could create one, but I think this might come off as looking kind of ridiculous. Plus, I have real issues with the whole inherent contempt process. Have to remember that back when this was used, the Bill fo Rights and due process didn't really mean a lot. There has been a lot of development in this area, as well as right to jury trial. Do we really want Congress having the power to be the judge and jury, when that is a big part of our concern with the executive?
