The manufacturing of new managed content is 1 thing but "they" also rely the segregation of Dems and Republicans, or intellectuals and "the religious" (I know they are not exclusive but at high numbers they may be). There really are issues that "we" know day after day that never will reach the typical Fox viewer. The common portals are almost all gone and when newspapers go this fragmentation will be virtually complete. Check out the web site network diagrams. Dems scan afield out of liberal spheres but Republicans don't. It's a way of making our inherent natures work for the GOP. I really think that the GOP has the whole Meyers-Briggs  ratios calculated into their message management. They have architectures and infrastructures and we have debates.
