    ...your very clear point of view requires a "snark" and "satire" label.

    But then, when I worked as editor of the editorial page at the Los Angeles Herald-Examiner, we finally had to put a big SATIRE bar inside everyone of William Safire's satirical columns (not the kind of stuff he later wrote for the NYT.

      Hard to tell the snark from GOP talking points after 6 years of Bushco, isn't it.

        ...of a lengthy diary to develop a sense of what's being said, in order to decide whether to stay around or simply move on. If it looks even half-way trollish, some may decide to skip the diary altogether. Thus, an early warning about snark/satire always helps - it may even get one to read the diary and post a comment...
