    was the term 'well regulated' in the 2nd ammendment.

    A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,

    Our 'Militia' is not well regulated. I'd say that it is almost un-regulated. How's about we regulate guns as well as say...cars?  The States know how many cars everyone has and requires training before they ever let you operate one.

    Every gun has a title and a known owner.

      It's called the police.

      I am all for a well-trained, civilian-reviewed, police force. . . . I am not for the sale to individuals of gun types that can only be used for killing people. . . and I am certainly not for the sale of AK knockoffs, Saturday night specials, and extended clips.

      Why do people defend the right to bear those kind of arms?

      Anything can happen. You can even get a full glass of beer at a cocktail lounge.

        Jefferson and the other founders (Jefferson literally wrote the second amendment) a "well regulated militia" consisted of - the american people. All of us.
