This was bill HB 287 that Brady Wiseman of Bozeman, MT conceived of and sponsored.  Lots of folks from Bozeman car pooled up to  testify for this bill. Lots of libertarians that I know and listen to my radio show.  It was a real bottom-up kind of grass roots movement to get a bill passed. It's great that the Governor signed it.  And I'm glad to hear that the other Montana reps are on it too.
I just want to make sure that people who slog away in these state legislatures for $67 a day expense money get some credit too.  Although Brady did appear on Wolf Blitzer when he introduced the bill, so MSM had him in their sites.

The bill passed on a third reading 98 to 0 in the House and 50 to 0 in the Senate.  So I guess we have to include the Republicans in this.  So we can find some common ground with the Libertarians if they would get their act together about free trade which it seems they are doing here.
