  •  Respectfully, then you need to study (0+ / 0-)

the relevant history. The number of refugees who would be entitled to "return" and "reclaim" properties, dwarfs the number of Palestinian and Jewish refugees combined.

    Al Gore should be president.

    •  Assuming we are talking about the Germans (0+ / 0-)

millions were killed in those expulsions so I can't see why the survivors and there families are not entitled to restitution or the right to return home.

I know we are talking about 20 million or so people but lets face facts the area they want to go to home to is in the mountains, wether that many people could fit in never mind make it work is highly doubtful but they should have the right to try.

Actually it is about the same amount of people in Australia and considering the size of Australia I would personally feel claustrophic if I was them.

But I'm not and if they want to go home they must understand the logistics, and think it is doable does letting them try hurt anyone but them.

I know there are some Checkoslavains there know but they could esily be compensated for land that doesn't really belong to them.

      Wow this is really OT
