        I just think it would take longer to retool Pinnacle's manufacturing than it would to gear up using existing templates. I could be wrong.

          is that a larger plate is more succeptable to breakage, think of dropping a 2' square of glass as opposed to a 2" square.  Some of the impact energy is probably absorbed by the movement of the small plates against each other and their backing material instead of being spread as wqaves through the plates.
