    there is a libertarian division between pro-choice libertarians and pro-life libertarians. pro-life libertarians believe a fetus is a living being and therefore has rights under the constitution, pro-choice libertarians believe a fetus is not a living being and therefore not able to be defended through government force.

    On the matter of gay rights, Paul doesn't believe anyu person should have any greater rights than anyone else, and would get rid of government sponsored marriage and programs of any type. I don't exactly see how that would be anti-gay as he would oppose and legislation to put a ban on gay marriage in the constitution... so frankly, because of that, he is more pro-gay than most other Republicans in the Republican party.
