Lisa Myers did this story too. The controversy is over the Trophy tank. Israel has developed, and has in operation, a tank that senses and defends against IEDs (only the most prolific weapon we fight against in Iraq). The Pentagon has contracted a similar tank to be built. The significant problem is that the Pentagon's product won't be developed until 2012 - rather 2012 is when it's promised and we know how deadlines go with this crew.
So, protection now from Israel or protection in 2012 from the Pentagon's boys? Of course we'll wait.

      Not a full tank.
