This tax is intended to promote a more equitable distribution of land and wealth.  The "victims" under this are essentially wealthy people, while the beneficiaries are everyone else.  You argue as though this would harm the poor and help the rich, but it won't.  You're completely misinterpreting as well as not thinking about this in a rational manner.

I am a an american farm boy whose ancestors came here in chains in the 1600s and have fought for the PRIVILEGE  to farm their own piece of ground and be left alone.

We have fought and died in every war, paid our taxes, and fought for others' rights.

YOU ARE ADVOCATING A TAX SYSTEM THAT REQUIRES A FARMER TO MORTGAGE HIS LAND TO PAY YOUR TAX.

I DON'T WANT distribution of land.  I will never have wealth.

I want to keep what I worked for,
same as my father and mother and countless others before me.

I am a semi educated peasant, incapable of reasonable discourse.

As such, I am limited by pure emotion and need things spelled out slowly and carefully.

HOW, exactly, do you play Robin Hood with this tax...
      and not Robber Baron ?

Why do you continue to think that this will hurt the poor?  Everything I've read indicates that this is a progressive, efficient tax.  If you have any sources to back you up, I'd be happy to see them.
