Sadly the only time you are ever going to see something like that is on The Daily Show. Why is it that the most truthful news show on television is a PARODY of the news?

By the way, I know how upset people are with the 28 percenters but I look at it a bit differently. The fact that 72% of the country is fed up with Bush after all this time despite being bombarded with non-stop crap and propaganda every single day on every single news station defending the Chimperor and saying how swell he is is actually quite significant.

The Daily Show that have the clear grounds for impeachment for Gonzales, Cheney and Bush.  The clips show them clearly lying.  We need to make a DVD, have it mass produced and mail millions of them to DC.  Put it up on the fuckin' TurboTron (or whatever the giant TV screen is) in Times Square and play in non-stop for 48 hours.  That's all it would take.  Clip after clip after clip of them lying.  Right after that, show the newsheads supporting all of those lies.

Public shame - it's time has come, again.

Then we all show up....sit down on the floors in the hearing rooms and explain to Conyers and Waxman that we will begin hearings now.  We will swear in the defendent (Gonzalez first since he is the core of the shenanigans).  WE will ask the questions and WE will get yes or no answers.  As soon as he is caught in one lie (which should be 2.3 minutes into the whole affair) the Capitol Police will arrest him and take him to jail.   We will then bring in Dick Cheney.  Same scenario.  WE will ask the questions and WE will determine the validity of his answers.  While he is in the chair, warrants on his home and office, all of his underling's homes and offices, and all of their relative's homes and offices will be executed.  When he is caught in a lie, he too will be handcuffed and taken to a different jail.  Lastly, we get Dubya.  As soon as he tries to state his name, all alone at the table with no ear piece or Dick to tell him what to say, he'll screw it up.  Since we'll all know he's lying, he will also be handcuffed and taken to jail.  We will waterboard them and "use any means necessary to find out about the next attack", before once again outlawing torture and restoring the first vestiges of America's decency.

Wha..?   Oh, sorry, I must have been daydreaming....
