    According to the Special Inspector General for Iraq reconstruction, most of the False Claims Act cases filed regarding war profiteering in Iraq remain under seal.  The Act requires whistleblower cases to be kept under seal for 60 days.  Thanks to extensions that the Bush Administration has obtained, those 60 days have become 60 weeks, and are heading toward 60 months.
