I'm sad a subdued about this subject.  I just don't want anymore damage done courtesy of Code Pink/Sheehan rhetoric.  I had a bit of a bad patch awhile back due to this stuff.  It wasn't much fun and took a long time to deal with, my family got hurt in all of it as if we hadn't been hurt enough by BushCo.

best of luck to you and your family.

I see her as a homemaker who injected herself into politics, but doesn't have the education/training/ experience/background/savvy to get her message across in the best possible way, each and every time.  So, sometimes she sticks her foot in her mouth, and causes people to want to stick their foots in her mouth, too.

Its best to try to remember the big picture:  She's fighting to help you and your family.  She doesn't want soldiers to die.  She doesn't want families to mourn.

though these days.  She barely can stand sharing oxygen with us.  Are you aware of the morphing Cindy Sheehan has undergone?  I knew what was happening but I did everything I could to see past it because I thought we were on the same side, when you do more harm than good though you aren't on my side anymore in an antiwar movement.

        •  I don't hold myself out as a Cindy scholar, so (0+ / 0-)

I could be missing a lot of stuff she's done.

Please, feel free to enlighten me on what she's done to the military and/or their families.  Perhaps I'll change my mind on her once again.
