    Really special, the way they snip and cut. Kinda like Dr. Mengele really.

    What kind of costs are being expended to fiddle with actuarial work that creates the "market-driven" (yeah, right) pricing and coverage decisions? What does it cost to determine who fails to qualify for private coverage? How much is spent litigating questions of refusal to indemnify?

    Intellectually dishonest assholes. All of 'em.
