    it is only a few anomoly cases from the 70s (ie the Manson family, Sirhan Sirhan) where undoing the death sentence made them eligible for parole.  Of course, none of these people have ever been granted parole.

    Nothing can destroy a government more quickly than its failure to observe its own laws, or worse, its disregard of the charter of its own existence.
