    Because Paul claims to be pure and consistent, and he is just as bad as the rest of his party (the Republican party, that is). At least Tom Delay was honest about what he was doing.

    William Jefferson has more integrity than Ron Paul.

    When asked if someone put a gun to his head and told him to vote for either Gore or Bush, which he would choose, Nader answered without hesitation: "Bush"

      ...of the Republican party, one of the very few who has dared to stand up for any principles.

      I have no great love for the present Republican party, but it makes no sense to throw them all into the same trashbin when there is sporadic movement in constructive directions from Ron Paul, Chuck Hagel, Arlen Specter, etc.

      You can try to draw black and white lines across political party lines, but it's not an accurate assessment.
