In my call to Waxman I began by praising his work on the Pat Tillman case and applauded his efforts to bring transparency and accountability to that issue.  I then shifted mode and requested he show the same amount of dedication and effort to the Edmonds case.

The staffer indicated they've been getting calls on this issue all morning so we know we're being heard.  Let's keep being heard.

i think that's a questin everyone should ask 'have you been getting calls on this?' - it will build some momentum.

I think there is some momentum gathering, lukery.  I know you've been on this case for such a long time, persisting and I can imagine how frustrated you are.  For what it's worth, I think this is gaining steam.  I hope you continue to write these diaries and keep it going.  You've got a lot of support.  Thanks for all you do.  I think it's going to pay off, whether it's with Waxman or not.  I don't know if you noticed but Kagro X has a front page story about Waxman in reference to a comment he made regarding inherent contempt.  Waxman is getting a lot of heat.  Even though the heat is being generated by a different subject, others (in the comments) have mentioned the Sibel issue too.
