  •  She gets all the attention cause she is smart... (0+ / 0-)

Some people just hate smart women, feel intimidated by them and the only way they have to attack her is by saying she gets preferential treatment by the news media or whomever. Name names.

Last time I checked she got booed by the AFLCIO cause she took a shot at Obama, now you tell me where she is getting a pass and by whom.

Obama is the one getting a pass, he has virtually no experience whatsoever other than organizing communities and some other BS.

You can say what you want about Hillary but there are two things you cant dispute cause they are facts. She does have the political experience and the credentials to be president of this great nation.

Now Barack Obama has the following credentials:

    ..... Community Organizer (crickets chirping)

And John Edwards, not too far behind:

..... Son of a Mill worker (crickets chirping)

    •  Hillary voted for the war and the Patriot Act (2+ / 0-)

Hillary voted for the disaster in Iraq and for the wonderfull Patriot ACT.  Like her cheating husband ,she represents the "Republican Lite" ideas of the DLC.  Yes Hillary has experience, but like the flu, it is not a pleasent experience for many progressives.  The AFLCIO booed her because she has made it clear by our experience with her that she is a strong supporter of big business.  Like DIFI from California, Joe Lieberdude, and her Bill, she should be honest with America and stop rocking the progressive label.

      •  You made some good points but she was not alone (0+ / 0-)

In voting for the war, so did John Edwards and Barack got saved by the bell, so if its the truth you want to come out then dont half ass your answers making it seem like she alone voted for the war.

Secondly you call Hillary Republican Lite, I will tell you that this country is not based on one set of ideologies it is a melting pot, there are conservative democrats too did u just disregard them too?

I hope not fighting with each other is what got Bush elected and he is the one that got us into the mess we are in Iraq.

I sorry that I struck a Clintonista nerve.  Bill and Hillary rode the DLC donkey right into the White House.  During there tenure they continued the agenda they started in Arkansas.  You know, making America safe for Tyson Foods and Wallmart,  cutting the ball off of organized labor with "right to work laws."  So no surprise when she is booed by the AFL CIO.  The reason that the Repubs hate Bill and Hill is that the dynamic duo ripped off their ideas.  All I am asking is that Ms. Clinton stop the progressive pose and let America clearly know that she stands firm with her corporate sponsors against the interests of the majority.

The poor guy is just too busy working his hedge funds and paying $1200 a hair cut, talking about two americas, his and the battered middle to poor classes he claims to defend, busted.

Now Obama, the master of deception, trying for America to think he is so different as a politician, accepting major endorsements from Oprah and Hollywood types who are not too shaby about asking for favors, not to mention all his financial woes in dealing with very questionable people and doing questionable investments in Chicago.

Does Hillary has some negatives, of course, she is never going to be good enough for everybody, but thats not how you get elected anyway, if voting was a popularity contest then Oprah would be president. It is not, it is also not a quest for the truth, the only truth in politics is that its nasty.

I chose to support Hillary not cause I agree with everything she stands for or does but because I think she best represents my ideas and has the drive to move this country into what I think is the right direction.

I make no apologies for my beliefs and take no criticism personally.

            •  Do not look back (0+ / 0-)

Voting is a popularity contest, almost a beauty contest.  I have great respect for Ms. Clinton as well as all of the contenders.  However I do not like comments like: "The poor guy is just too busy working his hedge funds and paying $1200 a hair cut, talking about two americas, his and the battered middle to poor classes he claims to defend, busted."  Hillary and Bill are also very wealthy so do not go there.  I would like Ms. Clinton to stop the progressive pose she strikes from time to time; her agenda is anyting but progressive.

    •  The misogynist argument (0+ / 0-)

will get you nowhere and it certainly won't play well in the general election. As this comment indicates, Hillary and many of her boosters think very little of people who disagree with them, immediately reducing the discussion to cheap insults.

Obama does the opposite and that's why he'll win.

By the way, it's quite telling that you list Obama and Edwards' credentials without listing Hillary's (the reason being, of course, that the 'experience' meme is a baseless talking point and nothing more).

    •  Hillary has also (0+ / 0-)

been bought.  That's what experience in washington gives you, $. I dont really like that and i think its a problem and quite frankly niave for her to say that lobbyist are representative of average americans. HA
