which has been my position on Fox for quite some time. Not saying you can dictate what they broadcast but the FCC under the right guidance can roll back the domination by Fox and other conglomerates of the airwaves. Even Bill Clinton admitted a week or so ago the media deregulation had went to far! Thanks for the 20-20 hindsight Bill.

As for what terms we use MSM or other - this is getting ridiculous. The other day a poster was trying to redefine 'centrist' versus moderate - when most people use the terms interchangeably. Now Markos wants to redefining MSM because he sees it as a Right Wing word. WTF we are going to be so sensitive that we are now going to have to be bi-lingual! LOL. What if the Right starts calling blogs - flogs? Will that be OK to?

Really Markos I'll chose to continue to use any acronyms I chose to thank you.

You see this is the problem when congress recesses for the month. People start grasping for things to write about to make them relevant. Trying to change the accepted lexicon is not a way to make ones self relevant.

OK I'm done. You can now go back to the MSM versus Blog wars of who said what about who and who said it first yeah but they started it but their facts aren't right cause they hate Jews so let blow up San Francisco then stick a camera in the face of a airline executive after or before we launch an assault on someones/anyones sponsors that'll teach them another blogger bashed my candidate and came here and got bashed and Collins mama wears combat boots because her blogger said this but Edwards blogger said that....

    Ahhhhhh! Scream!

Congree please come back so we can talk about something else - Pleeease.

but I do think MSM is just an abbreviation that no-one really thinks about.  It's not like we translate it into our mind into anything other than "Corporate-owned Media".

But then isn't anything big 'Corporate-owned'? It's not limited to media.

And besides MSM is so much easier to type than "Corporate-owned Media".
