With a capitalistic society like ours, it's damn-near impossible to do business with anyone that isn't a Republican.  The people that control most of America's companies are just as bad as Rupert Murdoch.

a moralistic viewpoint is taken over everything. Fundies do this and I am sorry so many kossacks do too. I got reprimanded for praising Zimmerman's legal seminars when he is a double high RWA. But I have learned a lot from him.

      •  You are peddling a scam (0+ / 0-)

and you have been for months.  The advice he gives will put people in jail.  I've lost count of the number of lawyers and judges on this site who have explained this to you since you started preaching this bullshit last spring.

        •  It has been my personal experience with my (0+ / 0-)

friends here in the Ozarks who use Z for support that they have been able to confound and win their cases. And it is necessary to follow his advice all the way through. You cannot stop in the middle and go get a lawyer because you get scared.

For example I have friends with a farm that borders on national forest. The husband and wife do take one deer each during hunting season. A few years back they each had taken their deer and Mary was in their truck coming home from town. They had taken their deer a few days before. Their guns were in the back of their pickup in plain sight (before the hidden gun thing went through) and there was dried blood in the back of the pickup. A forest ranger stopped her coming in on the dirt road on their property. Mary said she looked straight ahead through the windshield and refused to look at him, roll down the window or say a word. She said she just sat there stone faced.

So he left and they received a court summons which they went to. This was before they had studied with Z but had a friend in St. Louis whom they had  worked with. So they went to court, picked a jury and went to trial. And won with all jurors voting in their favor. Needless to say the forest rangers have never bothered them again. This is a way for the county to get revenue. But they have been the ones whom I called when I got my two tickets for dog running loose and my garden.

Tell me what to do. And this was after I had gone to court and pleaded not guilty so I had already started to mess it up. That's why it took me a year to stonewall them. I would never have known about a trial de nova if they hadn't told me to do it and how to do it. By last summer they had already taken Z's course and now knew better ways to handle these problems than go to jury trial. There are short cuts. And when you get a lawyer they don't want to go to a jury trial either so they will compromise you up the whazoo to avoid that. They know when you don't have the money to pay their hourly fee for a few days of jury trial. By then you are in the thousands so forget it. But if you have it they are going to go the whole route. Interrogatories, discoveries, and so on. Which was why OJ's cost him more than a million.

I also had a friend who shot bird shot at a pack of dogs chasing a deer across his property. He fed the baby deer and wanted them protected so he had posted his property. One dog seemed not to have returned and the owner accused him of killing it which beebee shot is not going to do. The deputy came to my house when he was there to question him. He did not have a warrant and I didn't ask for one. This was before I knew anything about Z's seminars. I called my friend and told him the deputy wanted to talk with him. Big mistake. He came to the porch and the deputy handed him a clipboard with a form on it and asked him to tell what happened about this dog. I looked at it and at the top was a form of Miranda. I read it to him and told him not to write anything but to see a lawyer first. He looked at it and said to me that he was just going to tell the truth. So he wrote the truth and would not listen to my legal advice. This is what bv would call practicing without a license I suppose.

He went to court, pleaded not guilty and then we went to see our friends. And this is often what happens to Z. After it is mucked up they come for help. Well my friend went to jury trial and messed it up badly because he wouldn't do what they told him to do and he got a guilty verdict from the jurors. At lunchtime in the local eatery my friends overheard a bunch talking about how they were going to get his property. I knew from the getco that that was what the whole thing was all about. There never was a dead dog, no body, nada. And my friend just wasn't socially sophisticated to handle the court thing properly so he lost. And then I knew they would put a lien on his property so he transferred it to his brother's name before the 30 days were up. Guess who told him to do that! So down at city hall they were furious he got away with it. He was set up and escaped.

Oh dear it's good bv wasn't here in the Ozarks or I would have gotten troll rated for saving my friend's property!

    •  Isn't this what you want? (0+ / 0-)

If you don't want Republicans to be the money/power party, why don't you get some money/power for yourself?
