  •  Didn't Olbermann "do some time" at FOX also? (0+ / 0-)

I recall watching him a long time ago then saw him announce that he was going back to his first love, sports.  I think I heard him say he was tired of the bash Clinton all the time.  My impression was that he went to FOX sports.  Now, he seems to know so much inside information on them that I may have just thought he worked there for a while.

when they were starting foxsportsnetwork. He was persona non grata at MSNBC at the time because of his hatred of constant Monica reports. He went to fox, but the plans for him in sports there fell through and he sat on his ass for a year, earning a cool million for it. After his contract was over at fox, the regime at MSNBC had changed and he went back and started Countdown.  I remember all this from his interview with Brian Lamb so I'm not sure it's around online anymore to cite. I'll check Cspan for a link.
