    Is he saying that it's ridiculous that he has to apologize?

    I keep reading it and it still doesn't make sense.

    Anyone have any insight?

      standard grammatical rules would imply the clause with a comma refers to the phrase preceding it. So the the fact he had to apologize is "always ridiculous".

      I am not a grammatical expert. Perhaps one with initials after their name can weigh in.

      point out that it's "The Most Ridiculous Item of the Day", which I assume is his pathetic attempt to mimic KO's "Worst Person in the World" feature. While at the same time minimizing that fact that HE HAD TO APOLOGIZE OR GET SUED by calling it ridiculous. It doesn't have to make sense - it's Billo.
