Without court ordered document production, or an actual, for real, prosecutor instead of a loyal Bushie employee of the law firm fka Dep of Justice, there are plenty of ways to get the information.

With the Dep fka Justice engaged in covering up the commissions of crime by Bush, Hayden, Alexander, NSA staff, telecoms, etc. then - eh, not so much.  But that's no different than saying that there is no way to do anything about the kidnap/conspiracy to torture/torture of Maher Arar.  It's not that it is so much information to trawl through, or that there is no way to handle sensitive information - - it is that the prosecutors are criminals themselves - their department solicited the crimes.

    What do you do then?

It's not the prudent secrecy or the amount of info that are issues - those things are dealt with by courts all the time.  It is having prosecutors involved in the commission of the crime, or taking an oath  - not to the Constitution - but to a crime boss and crime family and agreeing to not prosecute criminals protected by that crime family and, conversely, as many of the blurbs on political prosecutions that were pressed is revealing  --- TO prosecute not for violation of law, but at the whim of their Boss.
