    Their real argument is with the fact that the Constitution places limitations on the agents of government and ensures the rights of individual persons, regardless of their origin, nationality, or venue.  In other words, the limitations apply regardless of who might be affected.  But, if that principle is upheld, then much of what our agents of government have been doing around the globe is ipso facto illegal.  Never mind that it's also been declared illegal in various treaties we have agreed to.

    You should write a letter to each and every one of the Senators that voted against the restoration of habeas corpus and give them an education. Assh*&%s
