    This smacks of the constant talk from the industry about there being a shortage of workers in the field, so more need to be pumped out by whatever means possible.

    Meanwhile, wages continue to fall, showing that this "shortage" is just a lie.

      When the reality appears to be first up to be labor arbitraged are US diversity engineers, i.e. older, women, blacks, Hispanics.  But, the stats on women being discriminated against are real and the other twist claiming that US diversity somehow has "cost jobs" is beyond invalid, it's a true "dark side" argument coming from "dark forces" of the radical right as others are pointing out on here.

      (the man is the head of the house fundamentalist Christian agenda and so forth)

      Why I included stats on H-1B and offshore outsourcing...somehow I don't think creating entire divisions of 26-31 year old Hindu males from the state of Punjab or entire divisions of VLSI designers from Beijing is what US diversity was originally all about in making the United States truly a land of equality and social mobility.
