    The buildings at the axis through two of the arms out of sync. with the rest of the building. If they were going to build a building that looks like a swastika then why bulid one that looks kind of like a swastika? As noted above, the buildings are at the angle they are so the buildings could fit into the lots footprint.

    The original design was for one building, the scope of work changed and rather than redesigning the whole complex they just repeated the original design three times.

    Lazy and cheap, yes. Nefarious, no.

      The Navy claims that. The vicinity drawing - signed off on by Admiral Wooding - and the 1968 San Diego Union story I've provided contradict the Navy's claim.
