  •  OK, you don't like the Telegraph (0+ / 0-)

But you can't assume that any time it publishes a story it's false. Neither you nor I know yet whether this story will turn out to be right or wrong.
If Gore doesn't run, you should be mad at Gore, not the Telegraph. And if Gore does run, you can be happy that the Telegraph has been proven wrong.
(I'm not familiar with the paper myself. I just did a Google News search for Gore by date, and this came up as the most recent story.)

the focus from what you posted in your original comment.

"Al Gore believes Hillary Clinton is unstoppable"

That is such a setup frame.

My questioning your comments have nothing to do with me shooting a messenger or not liking the Telegraph.

It has to do with someone claiming that Al Gore is stepping up here to foreclose our primaries, to halt a democratic institution, by stating unequivocally that Hilary has a lock on the nomination and he is too weak to stop the Clinton Machine.

He did not say that.  I do not believe it for one moment.

      •  I didn't say "Al Gore believes ..." (0+ / 0-)

I clearly identified that as the headline on the Telegraph story. It was followed by the byline, the date and the lead paragraphs.
I have no way of knowing if Gore believes that or not. I was just passing along the latest article on a topic people here are interested in.
What are you mad at me for? I didn't write the headline or the story.

        •  You are a carrier for the lies and manipulations (0+ / 0-)

of the Clinton campaign and the Murdoch control.

What you have posted is a deliberate and intentional lie and meme that is being spun across the spectrum.

You have a responsibility to open your eyes and not be such a sheeple person that you let Murdoch or Penn or Gerstein lead your opinion.

There are new diaries up that further explain where this statement originated.

          •  Get a grip. I love Gore and want him to run. (0+ / 0-)

            Geez.

            •  Rosemary, this is a Democratic blog dedicated (0+ / 0-)

to electing Democrats. How am I to know you are Gore supporter when you post a reprehensible article from a conservative outlet?

The Telegraph is a conservative publication and this meme of Gore "said" is being given much airplay within the conservative/Clinton circles in an attempt to get as much exposure as possible to the public.

...What else is new? They need to name the source in this case before I'd listen to a word. Bunch of propagandists. They seek to influence the energy level, isolate people and crush their hopes. That's the game. It's always been the game.
