    a patent on anything. Neither does SAW Energy. You may view that as conclusive evidence or not. The claim of patented technology is made in a dozen articles (as noted by one of the posters). This particular one is directly linked by the company. Again, draw you own conclusions.

        if there is a patent number, they can give that out as it is a public record.  If there is no patent, then they can explain or hedge -- simple.

      as the commenter below said, if you want to prove it to the rest of us, just call up the company and ask them for the patent number of the patent.  If they've got a number, you'll be able to find the patent in no time.  If they don't, you can gloat.
