"Picking out drapes" is an expression about arrogantly predicting assumption of office that is used indiscriminately to gender, and has been used often throughout the political seasons since last Fall.

"Spunky" is also a nongender term.

How is "bounded off the stage" sexist?

How is any of that sexist?

    •  Thank you as DWS (0+ / 0-)

demonstrates a frenetic energy--those who have every watched her in action will know what I mean.

      No sexist intent intended.

We must defeat them over there, or they'll follow us home ... hide under our beds ... and grab us by the ankles when we get up to pee.

The comment to which I replied doesn't mention that.

But even there, is that really sexist, if that's the way she acts? If it were a pushy man, and we called him "Mr Big", would that be "sexist"?

you don't see anything incongruous in the sentence, "miss thang sits on the appropriations and judiciary committee, and chairs the appropriations committee's legislative branch subcommittee, in addition to her duties as chief deputy whip"?

if you don't, there's not much use in discussing this further.

          •  Her job description was not the (0+ / 0-)

subject of the diary.  Her blatant disregard for a fellow Democrat--a candidate for office--is the subject.

Miss Thang is an term used for a person who thinks they are above everyone one else.  DWS proved that Saturday.

You--campskunk--are the one who just doesn't get it.

I question how quick you played the Sexist card.

Besides that, I have doubts at time where her loyalties lies and so do others.

If I don't get it, why don't you explain it to me? Do you profit by my ignorance somehow?
