  •  Thank you for finally providing a source. (0+ / 0-)

I removed the TR. Your quote sat there for over an hour without a correct source, even after being asked for one, and providing a bad one, so I hope you understand the confusion it caused. Readers are not responsible to source your comments so your "can you use google" is rather crass, eh?

    •  I think the TR should stay untill (0+ / 0-)

      You remove the

      TR'd - it's a lie

The recs should be removed so this false quote can be trolled again and hidden.

      I trust you agree, zenbowl?

Kinda rude to call someone a liar without any evidence

      •  I would never call someone a liar (0+ / 0-)

However I said it was my error, albeit an understandable one imo since upon request an incorrect source was provided. The comment can't be deleted but the explanation seems to cover it.

My default assumption is always that people make mistakes, which is why I originally just commented to zenbowl and waited for an answer. Many lies that are available on the internet have been quoted with people being honestly snookered into using them.

So hold yer fire, Dem. It's the false link to Politico that still stands unaddressed by its author.

          but yet, there it was:

          It's a lie

          •  No problem but (0+ / 0-)

The "it" in "It's a lie" refers to the quote, not the poster. You misread it. Like I said, I assume the goal of truthful accurate data is mutual.

        •  The link to Politico (0+ / 0-)

was for the original quote that started my thread, if you'd clicked through it.  Hardly a false link.

          •  But you provided the link to Politico (0+ / 0-)

in response to a request for a link to the quote. I did click through and read and clearly there is no linkage to the quote you posted. If that is also my mistake then I apologize again in advance...but usually I can read...usually...

Nothing personal, zenbowl, not on my part. I see the Politico as a GOP satellite and so when I saw "Right Wing News" I reacted too quickly and have apologized for not fully researching your quote.
