  •  Thanks, and nice to know (1+ / 0-)

"we, the people" will be represented, however nominally, at the convention.

Congressional Dems say that history will call the Bush regime a "miserable failure." What will history say about those who sat back and let it happen? IMPEACH!

    •  I was telling them that we were eyes and ears (6+ / 0-)

They were asking how to include more 'voices' and I said that they needed to understand the difference in the way information flows on the internet.

We need to have enough eyes and ears in the room to see what is really happening, and we need to provide ways so that the voices of the comments can come in and have an impact.

Wendy Norris of asked about credentials to the platform committee meetings where the real stories happen. They thought the real stories are the ones they plan to tell us in the big room, but are going to try to see what access they can bring us elsewhere.

So far, they have been really great about making an effort to include us. I am hopeful that there effort will be successful, but not yet certain.

    •  A common practice at Democratic Conventions, (0+ / 0-)

(I have been an alternate, and delegate) is to share the floor. With a central blog center, that should not be a problem. Just make sure that badges are available for all. If this is not planned for, the convention organizers should know that the bloggers expect this courtesy.

      I think, therefore I am, I think.
