    You're probably right. It's all moot anyway, nobody's getting impeached, especially by this congress(and I mean that realistically, not sarcastically), nor by any candidate for potus on either side.

    Why? They're not going to kill the goose that laid the golden egg, meaning Bush has usurped so much power and the congress has ceded so much power, I think nobody's going to stop them any time soon. Call it political inertia. Things in motion tend to stay in motion. Things at rest tend to stay at rest, unless an external force is applied, such as applying the brakes on presidential power. I don't see it, the force that is.

    And besides, no potential potus is going to give back to congress what Bush has misappropriated or usurped in his two terms. Nobody's willing to stick their necks out, save Kucinich and his 22 co-sponsors of H Res (333 now) 799. It's been said here for months that the fix is in. I'm wondering if there's validity to that argument.
