Fact: Iran has no nuclear program.

Factiness: Although Iran has no nuclear program, we believed Iran had a nuclear program, which amounts to the same thing.

Fact: Our intelligence about Iran's alleged nuclear program was FUBAR.

Factiness: We still can't be sure that Iran isn't considering starting a nuclear program sometime in the future, at which point our old, wrong intelligence would then be correct.  We must therefore continue to pressure Iran.

Fact: Our designation of Iran as an imminent threat, much like our similar designation of Iraq, was horribly mistaken.

Factiness: By virtue of the fact that we suspected Iran, they were suspicious and therefore we must continue to pressure Iran.  And by the way, history will judge us to be right about Iraq.  And if it doesn't, we'll never admit it.
