feel like Kos than not. In fact, it's almost impossible to get past the veil of arrogance and smugness to talk to the Kucinich dead-enders anymore. It's almost like talking to Republicans. Cleveland's Scene magazine last week did an in-depth truth-telling article reminding people why he was probably the worst mayor in Cleveland's history (don't bring up Muny Light; that was a mishandled disaster) and why he would be an even worse president than Bush.

    •  Yep that Muny Light problem no one (10+ / 0-)

agrees with how he handled it, thats why their newest power plant was named after him. We get a lot of people who either live in Cleveland or did during the Dennis days who say you are wrong. What is more authorities who know about what happened agree he did do the right thing.

Having insulted everyone here, why do you bother?

listening to a republican.  way to throw your own party under the bus, anastasia.

i'm sure you don't speak for cleveland, so get off that tip ok?  i am from the area, and although i dont live there anymore, i can assure that kucinich has plenty of support.

Yeah, here's what the Plain Dealer chooses as an example of his ineffectiveness:

When he regularly opposes his own party's leaders, when he can't even bring himself to vote for a simple resolution marking the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, he marginalizes himself and, far more important, he marginalizes his district.

I wonder about your constant assertions that people in Cleveland want him impeached or that they want to get rid of him. What are you basing that on? News articles that discuss his brief period as mayor without mentioning his fight over the utilities? THat would be like talking about MLK without mentioning the civil rights struggle, wouldn't it?
