  •  I wasn't BLAMING ActBlue... (6+ / 0-)

I was acknowledging their loss of revenue from our thank you tips.

Where you vocal about helping ActBlue?  The DFA was:

    from email:

Today there is a showdown between grassroots donors and special interests.
The Federal Election Commission is considering whether contributions for presidential campaigns made through our friends at ActBlue.com can be matched through the federal public financing system.
The FEC may decide that thousands of small contributions from Americans all across the country can not be matched, allowing big donors and the special interests to run roughshod over elections.
But, there's something you can do right now. The FEC is meeting today to consider a decision on this issue, and will make a final decision no later than next week. The good news is that the FEC welcomes public input. In the past, public input has helped sway the FEC, which means your action today could have a long lasting impact.
They need to hear from you that grassroots donors can't be ignored.
Senator John Edwards has set up a site to submit comments to the FEC. Please act now:

This decision will help determine the future of campaigning in this country. Thanks for standing up for grassroots campaigns.
