It doesn't matter who they put up, we're going to win this thing.

Mitt:  The man is a caricature of a phony, sleazy dishonest politician.  Mormonism is also still (unfortunately) a deal breaker for many voters.

Rudy:  More personal baggage than ten Bill Clintons.  Value voters stay home or go for us.

Paul:  Expect a third party challenge from the right to gain serious traction.

McCain:  Wasn't he too old for the presidency 8 years ago?  He'd be by far the oldest person elected and his attempts to tie himself to Bush would turn away the support he got from the center.

Huckabee:  Republican's hate populists, even ones in their own party.  Huck will never get the support from the conservative establishment he needs to raise money and build organization.

    Thompson:  As charismatic as jello.

    Hunter:  No explanation needed.

Another thing, which needs to be covered much more is the fact that other than McCain and arguably Hunter, none of the GOP candidates have substantial political experience.  How could they say Obama is too green when they are even greener?

...when he was sworn in. McCain would be 72.

I'm an Obama supporter, but you omitted:

Ron Paul has been a congressman for almost 20 years, though in three non-contiguous segments.

Thompson was a senator for 8 years.

Huckabee was Governor for 10 years. That's pretty significant.

The "green" argument could really only be pinned on Mitt and Rudy.
