  •  Thanks, mcjoan & Kos, from us Gem State bloggers (9+ / 0-)

We do appreciate your hard work and attention. I just dropped half a C-note into the ActBlue page, and strongly encourage all y'all to give what you can.

Looking forward to meeting up with you, Joan, as well as with Markos, in Boise at the Frank Church Banquet in Boise on March 1st. Again, thank you both!

    •  I can't wait. (4+ / 0-)

I still can't believe we haven't met yet.

It was nice of you to kick in for the effort that is supporting you!

On the level of Governor, what is the update (and do you have any sites I can look at??) on the Wolves Issue? That jackass Governor Otter was trying to get them all shot again and since I have been in NJ working on other projects I have not kept up.  I wrote this last year about his plans: http://www.dailykos.com/...
and distributor cap also wrote about the hunts proposed.

      Thoughts? comments?

I lived in Idaho (Salmon) in 1995. Love the Bitterroots and the scenery and the sunsets on the mountains and the river and all the wildlife....miss it there at times.

Thanks for the donation for ActBlue and enjoy the banquet on March 1!!

      •  My apologies... (0+ / 0-)

... for not replying sooner, but I went out of town for a while this afternoon and evening.

I don't know where things are right now regarding Idaho government regulating wolves (although, with Idaho Rethugs in charge, I can't imagine anything positive coming out). Hold on a sec while I check on something...

OK, Rob over at Rob's Idaho Perspective has a number of timely articles about Idaho and Yellowstone area wolves over at his site. (The link calls up a number of articles Rob has written about wolves over the last few years. Check out the one from last month that deals specifically with the Idaho wolf plan.)

Hope that helps, and it's been a pleasure to chat with you.
