    FWIW, the Regulatory Policy Officer for the Department of the Interior is P. Lynn Scarlett, Deputy Secretary and heir to the legacy of Gale Norton. She's yet another of Bush's anti-regulatory, market-driven cronies among the many seeded throughout government agencies with the intent to basically undo whatever the agency's mission was intended to be.

    Her testimony from May 2007 before Congress on the Endangered Species Act is here.
    Parts of it are revealing of her philosophy.

    She's only one person, but her clones are infiltrators in our midst. They don't decide anything without meeting the WH agenda.
