    This story reminds me again that Richardson has the experience and intelligence to prioritize things.  

    The question wasn't directed at him originally.  He was on national television, debating for a chance to become the Democratic nominee for president.  You think he might have had a lot of things on his mind?

    Tuning out for one question directed at someone else isn't proof of incompetence by a dam sight.

    This tendency to leap on some minor gaffe is costing us dearly.  It results in weakened or, worse, withdrawn candidates.  We have got to stop.

    Gore to Richardson to Edwards to ?

      say that the governor come out and say that he hadn't been paying attention, like a third grader daydreaming in Math, does embarrass me. A national televised debate is no time to let the mind wander.

      Since Obama was able to follow what was going on.... Kinda expect a Prez to be able to multi-task, you know?

      In a sense I agree, but he is debating for the Democratic nomination - you sort of think he might pay attention to what others are saying, you never know it might be important.
