    As far as any of us can tell. However, physicians have continued to work at Gitmo and for CIA black sites, drawing the dire eye of commentators at the presitigious medical journal, The Lancet. In addition, the president of the American Psychiatric Association visited Gitmo a little while back and had some nice things to say about that prison. Still, that APA doesn't seem to have officially gone on record renouncing the resolution or policy you cite.

    Only the APA officially blesses its members participation at Gitmo, albeit with cerain restrictions against aggressive torture techniques (just not, officially, all).

    In the end, we don't know what the hell is going on in these places. When it comes to secrecy, our government has become a loony version of the Kremlin opponents it fought for so long.
