    that our Supreme Court won't say otherwise.

      signaled to by Bush as to what he wants. I wish there was some way of getting them to rule on signing statements!

        a law that Bush has failed to enforce for which you would have a cause of action if he had "faithfully executed the laws of the nation". Claim that his singing statement had removed your ability to obtain the relief provided by the Congress and the law signed by Bush.

        Democracy is the only form of government wherein the people receive the government they deserve.

          before my husband tonight too... thinking caps on to find a reasonable position to take to court... Calling all pro bono attorneys too... and may need a bodyguard in months ahead.  Couldn't we come up with a class action suit?
