Dan Abrams had a 21 year old who has never voted before (in a presidential election... duh, check his age!) and was railing on how awful it is that he's been called & contacted by surrogates of the Clinton and Obama campaigns, that he's never voted and could end up choosing the President. As if the man would be able to single-handedly choose. As if the man hasn't a clue about politics and isn't well informed. He has an excellent resume and has run for office before. He's highly involved in politics.

People are going apeshit about this. The fact is, we're MONTHS away from knowing if the superdelegates will make any serious impact on the election.

It appears they take their responsibility very seriously. I don't understand why reasonable thinking is going out the window, and the majority of people are buying into all of the hype of controversy.

    Ugh.

I remember a time when the American President was the leader of the free world. ****** Repeat after me: "Neoconservatism has failed America."

The top diary is another entry in the hysterical "the superdelegates are Stalinists!" genre.

The revolution will not be televised, but we'll analyze it to death at The Next Hurrah.

      •  Hey (0+ / 0-)

you calling Lord Humongous a Stalinist? He seems like a capitalist to me. And a small businessman too.

I'd vote for him over Gravel.

        Choke me with a pastie.
(sorry, couldn't help but reference a funny thread on the very humorous "I'm a superdelegate" snark diary. I knew you'd know what kind of pastie I'm talking about... chicken with veggies, not the nipple-covering kind).
