  •  I just spoke to Webb's office (9+ / 0-)

My Senator.  I expressed my GREAT displeasure with his votes.  The person I spoke to told me that he voted to protect the Constitution by voting to substitute the Government.  I told her that was nonsense, that amendment had no chance of passing and he knew it.

I was told "well, we just happen to disagree."

To which I replied, "Yes, and I'm really regretting the contribution I made in 2006.  And I will not be voting for Senator Webb again."

If we could get a couple thousand calls like that to the office of every Democrat who voted against the Constitution, it might have some impact.  As it is, I'm sure they're laughing at the threats of a single disgruntled voter.
