Just explian why this picture was released?
Moreover, the question is what is the point of HRC's campaign leaking the photo to Drudge? Releasing it to Drudge suggests the hope that the picture will have a negative impact. Racistly and cynically, HRC's campaign wants to say to US voters that Obama is an African, a black man, a n*****. The fact that HRC's campaign sees this identification as dubious, is despicable and reason to never give her another vote in any contest. It is deplorable to attempt to stir up the most racist responses to Obama's candidacy. I am of African descent and have nothing but pride in being the descendant of populations that initiated human civilization and more recently groups that decided to survive and succeed in spite of the horrors of slavery, colonialism and Jim Crow segregation. It is only the most scum sucking instinct that believes this heritage something to be embarrassed about. Fuck HRC and her sniveling, weak hearted and ethically debased attempts at "victory". Let's see her address Tavis Smiley's State of the Black Union Conference after this ploy. Hey you know what? This latest smear attempt is racist.

    •  It's HRC's version of Hope: (0+ / 0-)

"I hope voters are too racist to vote for Obama!"

If she's so hardworking and wonky, why didn't she read the NIE before voting for the war?

that is the only reason I can see to release, no leak, this photo. It is a great photo and says a lot about the way in which a US president (Obama) and by extension the nation will be seen as intertwined with the rest of the world, instead of seen as above the rest of the world. But I don't think that is her campaign's intention.
