    given the history of the term, it can't be read that way. It's used as an insult; I've never seen it used by anyone who is pro-Clinton or even my neutral commentators.

    It's exceedingly disingenuous to pretend that it's a neutral reference to their being a team.

      I used it for years that way. I remember saying both times that I was voting for Billary in 92 and in 96.
