for Obama in Tarrant county (downtown Fort Worth) on electronic voting machines with no paper trail.  Like the last time I voted early, those were the only machines available, though paper ballots are always available on election day. From all the e-mails I get (I am on the mailing list for both local campaigns) I can tell that Obama's campaign organization is far superior to Clinton's, but just driving around Fort Worth I would never notice that.   There are lots of Ron Paul signs, a few for Hillary and even less for Obama.  (I know that the campaign has put them out, but they're not on my route.)   At the polling place, there were some state and local campagn signs as well as signs for Ron Paul and Hillary Clinton, but none for Obama.  There were half a dozen people lined up to vote.  We were asked whether we were voting Republican or Democrat and whether we were going to vote in the caucus.  I was the only one who answered Democrat and yes.  Driving away from the polling place, I saw about 5 older women walking around with Hillary signs.  I had to smile at them... you see, as a woman, in my heart I really wanted to vote for Hillary.  But, in my mind, I know that Obama is the better choice, though it was a difficult one for me to make.

obama's official store is backed up 6-8 weeks.

the staffers didn't bring any swag when they swooped in.  we literally did not have any yard signs available in the state of texas until last wednesday, when they were shipped in and then distributed to satellite offices across the state. and they are absolutely gone now.  at eastside in fort worth we ran out of signs last saturday.  i just got email today saying we have more signs, but they are very limited.

plus, when we put signs at polling places, people steal them.  we had about 8 when i voted at one early polling place last thursday and by saturday they were completely gone.
