Obama got more delegates from Texas.. sure, even say he won (although I keep hearing Obama supporters say it's all about the delegates when talking about individual states, and then that it should be the will of the people when looking at the total) but the commenter above is still right.  Clinton did win the primary.

      •  Umm, Obama has more delegates, (0+ / 0-)

is there something more than that?  Will of the people, pledged delegates, is there some sort of disconnect that I don't see?

If you want to talk about Texas, then please tell the people of Texas that the caucuses don't count, because they chose to award 1/3 of their delegates based on that.  They might have an opinion or two on your choosing to look only at the primary, i.e., 2/3 of their vote.

Bitch isn't the new black. It's the new racist. They didn't leave bitches to die in NO. And Hillary, if experience is so critical, explain Cheney.

the same way she "lost" Nevada.  the same sort of undemocratic process that's so hateful when it could be used to give Clinton the nomination is perfectly permissable when ends up awarding Obama more delegates.

And yes, I'm comparing the disproportionate awarding of delegates in the nevada caucus and the caucus system in general to superdelegates.

It's just the rules. Texas chooses to have a primary and a caucus. Whoever wins the most in both of those combined, they win the state.

And whoever wins the most delegates wins the primary.

            Just rules.

Do you live in MI or FL by any chance? They seem to  have a problem understanding rules in those states.

            •  yeah, (0+ / 0-)

slander the whole state of Florida because the republicans fought to push up the primary.. or didn't you notice that republicans carry a supermajority in both houses and have the governor's mansion...

as for Michigan.. well, I dunno what happened there.

but that's my point.  under that logic, it's perfectly fine for Clinton to try to pull supers to her side and win.

              well within the rules.
