That's gotta be some good stuff. Seriously hallucinogenic, yet doesn't interfere with the ability to type.

Hillary Clinton has ceded the framing of the campaign to the Republicans.  You cannot possibly be serious in thinking that:

John McCain stands no chance against Hillary.

With the Democratic party in tatters after having the whole rest of the house besides the kitchen tossed at Obama, Hillary will have alienated a great portion of the base of the party and ceded the terms of the election to McCain.   Victory for Hillary under such circumstances would be impossible.

Why is this even being discussed by serious people?

After she steals the nomination, the black voters, the young voters, the caucus voters, the red state voters...you know...all the voters she's offended so far...they'll come flocking back to her because she's Hillary Clinton.

I mean...how could you not vote for a Clinton, right?

      Right?

      •  some will vote for HRC, some won't (4+ / 0-)

but we'll have Hillary Clinton, a candidate who wins states that Dems must win, a nominee who can beat McCain. Securing the White House is the highest priority.

So you're still using that "Hillary won the big states" argument?

Most all the big states are safely Democratic.  They're not going to flip no matter what.  Hell...we'd carry MA and NY if we ran an empty cardboard box.

And as for "beating McCain," Obama continuously polls ahead of HRC against him.

          Try again.

And you're still using the argument that "as for 'beating McCain,' Obama continuously polls ahead of HRC against him." Barely. After the Republican Attack Machine finishes with Obama, we won't be able to beat his way out of a wet paper bag, much less win enough of the "big states [that] are safely Democratic."

              Obviously, you must mean

After the Clinton Attack Machine finishes with Obama, we won't be able to beat his way out of a wet paper bag,

The Republicans won't need to do a thing, with Hillary and her minions doing the job for them.
